Luxury fashion and accessory distributor MadaLuxe Group is employing a new artificial intelligence (AI) solution to improve efficiency.

The wholesale and direct-to-consumer retailer will implement Maestro AI, a generative AI solution from Digital Wave, to increase speed to market through AI-powered image attribution, product copywriting and intelligent decisioning. The rollout expands upon an existing partnership, as MadaLuxe Group already relies on Digital Wave Technology’s PXM suite for product information management.

Maestro AI relies on artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to “master the product journey from merchandising and marketing to digital selling and decisioning.” Within a few weeks of rolling out Maestro AI, MadaLuxe will benefit from:

  • On-brand copy – Maestro AI automatically considers a brand’s voice and the voice of its retailer partners when crafting captivating product narratives.
  • Improved SEO – Maestro AI validates and enriches product attributes using image recognition to enhance SEO, personalization and product discoverability.
  • Faster speed to market – Maestro AI creates copy faster and more effectively than traditional methods, empowering companies to introduce new products with ease.
  • New revenue opportunities – Maestro offers the ability to enhance drop shipping and explore additional avenues for generating revenue.
  • In addition to improving product copy and attributions with Maestro AI, MadaLuxe is incorporating intelligent decisioning with Digital Wave Technology. This capability combines data from multiple systems into one view, allowing MadaLuxe to identify products that are in stock but aren’t available for sale online or products with incomplete product information.

The technology will help MadaLuxe gain enhanced data consistency and unprecedented transparency into the status of product information and availability, with the goal of ultimately increasing sales. The company’s collection of products includes, handbags, timepieces, eyewear and more.
