Luxury fashion and accessory brands distributor MadaLuxe Group is tapping generative AI to increase speed to market through AI-powered image attribution, product copywriting, and intelligent decisioning.


To achieve this, the company is implementing Digital Wave Technology's Maestro AI solution. The rollout expands upon an existing partnership, as the luxury distributor already relies on Digital Wave Technology’s PXM suite for product information management.


It can take days for a product to go live on a brand’s website and be ready to sell; even once the product is live, the process of managing product updates and messaging is time-consuming. To combat these challenges, the AI-driven solution will help MadaLuxe accelerate speed to market by automatically creating product copy. Maestro AI gathers information from the company’s data source and then uses generative AI to update product attributes and write product descriptions in seconds.

In addition to improving product copy and attributions, MadaLuxe is incorporating intelligent decisioning with Digital Wave Technology. This capability combines data from multiple systems into one view, enabling MadaLuxe to identify products that are in stock but aren’t available for sale online or products with incomplete product information. By using the solution's intelligent decision module, MadaLuxe will gain enhanced data consistency and transparency into the status of product information and availability.
